After setting the box office on fire with “Pathaan,” Shah Rukh Khan’s fans are now eagerly anticipating his next film, “Jawan,” as the next big box office success. Directed by Atlee, this action-packed movie is expected to be one of SRK’s most significant films, and it’s also being touted as the most expensive film of his career.

According to a report from Bollywood Hungama, “Jawan” is rumored to have been produced with a budget of Rs 300 crores. This information was shared by a reliable source with the publication. The source stated, “Among Shah Rukh Khan’s films, ‘Jawan’ stands out as the most expensive one yet, with a whopping budget of Rs. 300 crores.

The source further revealed that the production team opted for practical sets for the action sequences instead of relying on the greenscreen technique. The action sequences were meticulously filmed on elaborate sets. The decision was made to construct substantial physical sets, departing from the greenscreen method used in ‘Pathaan, in order to infuse a heightened sense of realism.

The source also noted that “Jawan” faced some delays and reshoots, leading to increased costs, all of which were undertaken to enhance the visual appeal of the film.

Produced by Red Chillies, the company behind the movie, “Jawan,” has captivated audiences with a preview. However, two songs, “Chaleya” and “Zinda Banda,” fell short of the lofty expectations set by Khan’s fans. The music for the film was composed by the renowned musician Anirudh Ravichander.

This aspect has disappointed music enthusiasts, considering Anirudh’s track record of delivering remarkable and widely appreciated musical compositions and background scores. “Jawan” also marks the Bollywood debut of Nayanthara, while Vijay Sethupathi portrays the antagonist. The movie is set to be released in theaters on September 7th.
